Create clinical cases for your students
You know which patients your students should have met before their first shift. Write them in Simunara: they become cases to play, and you see how each student cared for them.
Writing a case
A step-by-step editor, in your browser, in your language.
-
The patient and their story
You describe the patient, why they came and their context, then the phases of the case: what they feel, what the examination finds, what the tests reveal.
-
The expected decisions
You set out the expected treatments and procedures, and why. Your students' debrief builds on what you wrote.
-
An assistant at your side
An assistant helps you complete the case and checks its clinical consistency before publication. You keep control of every line.
-
Play before you publish
You play your case exactly as a student would, up to the debrief, without that game counting in any result.
Assign it, then review every decision
A case belongs to your institution. You keep it for your students, for one or more cohorts, or add it to the shared Simunara catalogue. Written in your language, it is translated into French or English when it is published.
You do not just see a mark: you review each student's decisions in the order they made them, their examinations, their prescriptions, their hypotheses. The dashboards show what the cohort gets right and what it misses.
Your questions as a teacher
Do I need to know how to code to write a case?
No. A case is written in a step-by-step editor, field by field, from your browser, with nothing to install.
Can my colleagues see my cases?
Yes. The teaching team of your institution sees its colleagues' cases; assigning to cohorts only applies to students.
Who can see my students' results?
You and your institution's team, within your cohorts. On a case from the shared catalogue, students from other institutions stay anonymous.
